Buy Dosa maavu from shop and pour it in a vessel and keep it in fridge.When required take the same from fridge and add requied amount of salt in it.Once the Pan is hot pour the maavu and make circles on it starting from center so that the center must be flat.After the dosa is made the remaining maavu has to be kept in fridge at the earliest else it will get fermented and tastes sour.
Chutney-Take some coconut half green chilli,salt, and 4 nos jeerakam and powder it in mixie,add some water and again powder it. Then take some oil in a pan and heat it and once it is heated put some mustard,one vattal mualku,some curry leaves and heat and then pour in Chutney
