Clean Achinga Payar and cut in to small pieces.Take a frying pan and pour coconut oil add small onions cut in to pieces,garlic cut in to pieces,chilli flakes,curry leaves and fry till onion become golden brown and then add achinga payar and stir well until it gets cooked.
