Heat Pan and add some Vegetable Oil,Mustard,Jeera a Little,vattal mulaku 2 nos.,half onion(cut in cubes) (for One person) and stir till onions turns golden in color.Then add some turmeric and some salt if available add some peanut and potato cut to cubes along with it.Take some white aval and wash it thrice and then put it in Pan and stir well.After some time add some coriander leaves and lemon juice for flavor and stir and do it for 5-10 minutes. Poha is ready
